一、北京小吃
1、涮羊肉

冰糖葫芦,用竹签串下来的山楂果裹上一层尺厚的糖衣,是北京悠久的传统的冬季零食。每一次天气变地寒冷后,卖冰糖葫芦的小贩就结束走街串巷的吆喝叫卖。它是可以治疗疾病。山楂帮助消化,使皮肤超级,因此越来越密集的人喜欢吃它。
3、北京烤鸭

二、西安小吃
1、羊肉泡馍

过桥米线由三部分分成:一是汤,二是把每一种肉质细嫩,三是米粉和蔬菜。制汤精细,最好选择武定强的母鸡,本地老母鸡和猪筒子骨煨制辊,使汤要注意是选料讲究,原料与水严格一点按比例投放,中途不准加冷水,要用微火烧开,撇去浮沫,用老小火煨制的变化。经用精盐、味精、胡椒粉调味后,装在碗里注入热鸡油的汤,油浮在汤的表面起保温作用。吃时用大碗,先放入熟鸡油、味精、胡椒面,然后把将鸡、鸭、排骨、猪筒子骨等。这味道不光鲜甜,营养价值高。
3、烧饵块
